- Online research consulations can be booked with a librarian for one-on-one assistance. You can choose to meet with the liaison librarian for your subject area or any librarian depending on whose availability suits your schedule.

Online Resources
- Use your MySalem username and password when prompted to authenticate. Note: do NOT add @salem.edu to your username.
- Online resources, including articles, e-books, and videos are available through the library catalog and research databases.
- Course reserves are available online.
- Librarians have created guides by subject area to help focus your research. There are also guides available specifically for remote learning (students) and remote teaching (faculty).
Curbside Pickup for Physical Materials
- Physical books in the library can be requested for pickup via curbside service. When searching for items at https://library.salem.edu, click on the title of the item you would like to request. Under “Check Availability,” select “Place Hold” and submit your request.
- If you need are in need of a device, the library has laptops available for checkout. Please complete this Request Form to start the process.
- For instructions on requesting electronic copies of articles the library does not have, visit Interlibrary Loan Requests.
Faculty Resources
- Your department’s library liaison is able to assist with finding subject-specific resources, creating a research guide, adding materials to your Moodle course, and more.
